Spark plug blown out

I have a 2004 ecoline Ford 250 van the
number three plug.blew out what a fair price
to fix so I don't get taken advantage of thank

I'm pretty sure they had a recall on this issue a while back. I thought by 04 the problem was rectified, but then they had another major spark plug issue, which was the extended shield of the plug was fusing to the head, and causing the plugs to snap off if being removed. The stop-gap method to fix the blow out issue was to rethread the plug hole and/or use thread tape, but it needs to be machined to fix it properly, dealerships were doing it as part of a recall but I think the time frame ran out for that, so you can expect to pay around 600-700 to have the threads repaired by a Ford-approved thread insert. http://repairpal.com/tsb-for-possible-ejection-of-spark-plug-from-cylinder-head-518
