2008 1500 chevy silverado

Can anyone tell me why my truck wont start  right
up after a regular drive, once it reach 210 on the
tempeture gauge, if i turn it off wont start  for a
wile, til the temp. Drops down..

210 is too high, I would service the cooling system and try to get the operating temp down around 190. Residual heat in the engine may be creating vapor lock or some other issue causing it to be hard to start hot.
