What type obd system in 91 integra

it has 2pn and 3pn  which to use to hook up reader/scanner

The OBD ll {2} is the one for this year of car. But I am not sure you are looking at the plug for OBD-ll, as my jeep runs a 9 pin plug, so I am not familuar with any plug with 2 or 3 pins. Might be, I just haven't run to one. My Pontiac also took the 9 pin.

OBD-II (2 )was not implemented until 1996. Your 91 Integra is OBD- I (1), and the connector for it is in the passenger foot well. It is a green plug.
