Electrical issues.

My son hooked up the Alternator wrong on
our 1983 Datsun 280zx and now all the
electrical inside the car does not work.  What
needs to be replaced?  I have already
replaced the engine wiring harness.  Still not
working.  I have headlights, but no brake
lights etc.
