Where do I put the antifreeze at in my 2004 Ford Taurus sel

My  check temperature light came  and I'd take my foot off the gas to slow
down and it would go down and start going up again. What do I do

Just stop at a shop, and have someone check it out for you. They can point out where the reservoir is, and take a quick glance to see if they can see any problems.
