What kind of problem may cause to the car if the
plug gaskets are leaking? What should I do?

It jumps gears or completely stops while driving, won't engage gears only on neutral...then nothing for a while. Then works again.

scan for codes and get the definitions , those cars are loaded with sensors and solenoids .
