I have a 75 mercury comet and every time I start it the fuse blows to the alternator, making the light go the next time I start it, so first start, the fuse blows, but the light comes on the next star

I imagine you replaced the alternator because of an issue. A lot of times, when the alt goes, it takes out the regulator too. Of course, you could have also gotten a bad rebuilt alternator, It would not be unheard of.
