Oil Pressure gauge

I am switching from an oil light to an oil gauge. I have obtained the proper sending unit. The old unit has a three wire connector, the new only has one. How do I do this?y

If I was doing this I would keep the old sensor going to the warning light and plumb in the new sensor for the gauge. You might find another port to install it or you could install a T.
