2003 Ford Expedition AC fan problem

The fan on my AC/heat system quit working. The fan works a little when vehicle reaches
about 40 mph. The air that comes out cold when AC is on and warm when heat is on.
What's wrong?

your blower motor is not working.. it could be the motor, the wheel, or the resistor.
