57 ford fairlane 500-front ends

Is there another front end that would replace my stock one that has disk brakes on it?  mine is shot..

I believe the 1958 and 1959 are both interchangable. I also think that only came with power drum brakes but there should be an aftermarket kit disc conversion kit.
