Hi did u get feedback on this? Mine is doing the exact same...also where is the relay located on the car as I'm looking for it but cant find it?
Right at your feet on the drivers side the wall
When you find the fuel relay then turn the key on it should make a click sound that means it's open then turn off key then it should click again then relay closes means it's working
Corsa hatchback or sedan fuel pump under the back seat you can open there realse the pipes turn key it should buzz and petrol spill then fuel pump is working
Go to the fuel rail inside engine check the feeder pipes deattach them turn key on or try to start petrol should spit out the pipes you detached meaning petrol is coming to engine
Also check the temp sender unit located under your coil pack or just look for it attached to the side of your cyclinder head take it out clean it if it's dirty or just replace it
Also check your fuel filter located underneath your car just follow the fuel lines from your tank
So if the petrol is moving from tank to engine then check compression easy way is to press the valve on the fuel rail the petrol should spray out but you can also use a pressure tester
If none of that works then check your fuses located under the steering wheel I would also suggest you check the computer box for faults maybe first try the paper clip test you can google that
Also test your fuel pump using the cables from your Meter tester using your car battery
Also check your fuel pump filter if it's ok check for tears or dirt it's under your fuel pump
This is your fuel relay
Drivers side at your feet that's your computer box and relay
Your fuel pump inside housing
Where can I find a fuel pump relay on a Corsa Gamma 2002 model
