My Corsa 1.6 2002 model cuts outs only at certain places/areas and for now starts immediately thereafter.

like i said it happens just in certain areas.Within this specific areas the refs will come
down and the battery lights will come on and the engine will shut down

;;;UPDATE;;Ok. Try the Crank Angle Sensor. Seems to be a lot of that going 'round lately. Mate of mine had a 2007 Kia Rio. Out of the blue, stop for no apparent reason, start up again. This went on for a while and he had it fully serviced. Engine light on . Wouldn't show up on the scanner. I went into a heap of sites and all the symptoms pointed to a crank angle sensor so he got it replaced as a matter of course. Week later, no problems. solved.
