Not starting

My Car refuses to start, There is spark
andbut fuel but it doesnt start. We did the
engine up, New coil pack and spark plugs
but still refuses

I had the same problem on my 2000 Opel Corsa. I replaced the camshaft/crankshaft sensor and it worked.
