Hi Guys, i have a problem with a corsa c, was driving and took a turn and the car just died out, heared a snapping sound but the cam belt is still intact can you advise what to check?, my cousin stripped the cam cover off and says that it looks like the tensioner is gone it moves when turning the engine could that cause the stall?

cranks but, no compression, car died out whilst driving

So would this bend valves perhaps? Cos I just recently done the head over had sluggish pick up found that I had a vacuum leak at the intake. Something also killing my battery draining it

Hi It was the cam shaft that cracked, replaced the tensioner and cam shaft started but is ideling ruff shaking alot. can you please assist with what it could be, i also would like to know if this would of bent the valves and will a car start if it has a bent valve.
