Change your thermostat. It is stuck open and the radiator fluid is never getting hot. It's just circulating around in a constant circle.
Replaced new thermostat checked pipes engine runs just over 90 only heats up at idle fan is working but no heat in car

If you have changed the thermostat and the problem persists then- disconnect the 2 water pipes going into the cabin radiator and flush using a hose pipe. You might find that theres rust from the engine that has built up in that radiator.Make sure you do that when the engine is cold cos you don't want to damage anything but fix the heater.
