I have a 1989 dodge raider with a v6 i have power to the coil but no power out of the coil and i just replace the coil with a new one and i still dont have power out of the coil what could be wrong

Ignition module. It sends signal to the coil to fire.
Or - Your CHECK ENGINE lamp can indicate the condition the ECM is in. The lamp should burn for close to four seconds, then go out.
