What exactly is happening when you turn the key? Is the engine cranking, or are you getting a click? The battery may be a little low on power.
I get a click and the power windows work, the lights work but it doesn't turn over

Is the check engine light on? You might have codes if this isn't battery related. But it sounds like the battery just doesn't have enough voltage to turn the engine over. If you have a multimeter, you can check the voltage. You should have around 12.6 volts. Or you can bring the battery to AutoZone to have it tested.
having same problem, battery light came on, then the vehicle died. was consistent with a bad alternator, replaced and still won't start, battery has been charged, and I have tried to jump...
Same here. 2002 v70. Hasn't been started in 3 weeks. Won't crank at all, but all lights, power and radio work.
