Window crank Knob removal

I have a 63 Sprint, I took the window crank off to replace the white knob on the
handle, but I cannot figure out how to get the little white knob off.

i had a hard time also i broke the know with some pliers now how to you put it back on

yes found out how first you crush the knob another fords break it to put the new on put the knobs in boiling water for 7 min then press it on to the handle
