2003 Mustang. Left signal works normal. 2 days ago the right started blinking fast.??? Odd. Any ideas?

Left turn signal works normal. Right signal blinks fast.???

Both fronts are working. The backs are working, but each have 2 bulbs. One bulb is out. Thanks!
