how is your clutch pedal? does it go all the way to the floor? maybe you need a clutch adjustment or a new clutch. replaced mine at 98K. how many miles on that clutch?
I had an 02 get locked up on me in second gear. Found out one of the springs in the clutch had popped loose. If you have 90k+ miles on the clutch its time to swap it out regardless.
