1963 Ford Ranchero wipers stopped working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Wipers use to work... then suddenly stopped.  Is there a fuse in the fuse block
for wipers?  I didn't see it.  If so, which one is it?  If not, what do I check next?
Thanks

There is no fuse. The wiper motor is protected by a circuit breaker inside of the wiper motor. If it trips it's supposed to reset automatically after a few minutes. Check for power at the wiper motor. If you don't have power, then check for power at the wiper switch. If you have power at the switch but not the motor, the switch is bad or there's a problem with the wiring going from the switch to the motor. If you have power at the motor, the motor is bad. Hope that helps! Jim
