Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How you set the timing?  Can't seem to find the line it's supposed to be at?  Also how do you use the inductive timing light?  I know the setting its supposed to be at but I just don't know how to get it there?

hook timeing light cord to num 1 plug wire ,find line on hb mark it with white chalk so u can see timeing mark when it comes up whill running,u know the setting just turn dis until you get to setting.
