Need to know where to get floor pans for my 79 Ranchero

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just bought it and the front and rear driver side pans are shot

You can't find them anywhere. Anyone that tells you that they can be bought new has either found the greatest place ever or they're full of it. You'll need to either find a parts car to raid the pans from or you'll have to fabricate them yourself. As far as other parts go Dearborn Classics is a pretty good source.

Thanks for the info I was afraid of that and as far as getting pans from a donor car I'd be really lucky to find any around hear that wasn't routed out to so I guess I'll have to try out my metal fabing skills GOD HELP US lol.
