How do u remove the cap to the rear seal
after u remove the bolts
Most suggestions I've heard involve a slide hammer attached to a couple expanding anchor bolts inserted into the bolt holes.

If the engine was out of the could you can tap on the cap with a small dead blow hammer, but with the engine in the car there really is no good place to tap. Ken has a good suggestion. +10 Points for him.
