Lincoln mark iv won’t shut off

Shut it off and hear a click and when I start it again the key feels loose and
she won’t shut off. Everything has power radio windows and the engine was
running with key out.

It was a pin inside the calumn that sheared off at the poing where the key cylinder pushs the rod down the column
