I'm working on a 1978 Lincoln Continental Mark IV. I can't find where the blinker/ flasher relay fuse plugs in. Any help?

The book says look to the right of the ashtray or on the column under the dash.  I've looked, to no avail.  Can you please help?

Cut your flasher,s on,they are two one for flasher one for blinker,s they are side by side,should here t it click.Also it should be under dash at steering wheel.

By you break to the left just above hibeam petles is fuse panle
