1981 Lincoln Continental MK VI steady RPM surge while idle in PARK
Hey guys ive got a 1981 Lincoln Continental MK VI (5.0, ECCIII, non-vaccum DIST, TBI) that likes to steadily increase RPMs while idling in PARK, but noes nothing of the sort in any drive gear. There is an exposed vacuum line connected to the intake manifold, opposite the PCV hose, that has a strong suck. I have plugged it for now, dont know what to do with it. She also smokes white real bad from the exhaust pipe and under the hood/all around the block after a few minutes of running. I cant think of any more useful information, but id be more than happy to provide more.
