Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My power steering reservoir is low and vehicle makes loud whining noise when
steering and even just going straight. Already replaced power steering pump
because it was old & leaking. So now what could still be leaking & how can I
locate it? I observed some liquid on the oil pan which doesn't look like oil but
perhaps a liquid collecting from somewhere else.
