you say u have replaced a few tune up parts, but have u confirmed that ur not getting spark after the wires to the plugs? pull wires off one by one and stick a spark plug and lay it next to motor and crank it u should see somewhat of blue spark so often
after checking for spark, be sure the firing order is correct. Also make sure ignition timing is correct.

I don't know the history of the car but if it's a '73, has it been sitting for a long time. Gasoline in the tank will turn to varnish after only about 6 months. If the fuel smells bad then you'll have to drop the fueltank and get it boiled out. then replace the fuel in it with new gasoline. If you have spark and you replaced the plugs and didn't mess with the plug wires then spray some carb cleaner like Gumout down the throat of the carb and try to start it. If it starts but quits right away then you have bad gas in the tank and a boilout is neccessary. Also if you cranked it over too many times, you might have washed all the oil down off the clylinder walls and around the rings thus losing all compression. A complete oil change will be neccessary to get it to run again. Pull out the dipstick and see if it smells like gas , if so, change the oil and it might just start. there are other things to check too but try these couple things first. Let us know what happens.
