why is my engine stalling ?

61 f-100 223/six-runs fine untii it warms then/stalls

Fuel line close to heat source ? Maybe a plate under the carb would help , check float level in carb , I forget what they call that problem when the fuel gets heated up and vaporizes , fuel pump at engine could be sucking air from hole in fuel line above rear axle block or a combination of things

Sounds like it is leaning out, has the carb been redone for the ethanol fuel? I have seen a lot of older vehicles need the carbs redone and rejected for this trash they sell us as fuel for horrible prices. Also you better replace all the rubber fuel lines with the new multi-fuel hoses and the fuel pump with the ethanol resistant unit. HTH
