Truck runs out of gas before tank is empty

Asked by GuruZF1N5 Nov 30, 2017 at 07:39 PM about the 1969 Ford F-100

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 69 Ford f100, has left me stranded
twice “ out of gas” when the tank is still
half full. Gas tank has been replaced.
Otherwise runs great, carburetor has been
recently rebuilt and runs good. Also I had
already replaced fuel tank. Please advise ,
thanks
