these are the things i have narrowed it down to carb is a possibility but vaccum advance, fuel pump maybe i doubt it though (fuel filters brand new), and torque converter is a slim possibility.
it dosent drive at all and i know it has a major exhaust leak so im assuming it has an intake leak as well but i drove it home from chief land Florida to Pinellas county which is a 200 mile drive my buddy decided to adjust the car and timing im not sure what else he did and he does not remember since then iv replaced the entire ignition system done timing and adjusted the carb
and its a fight to start it up
but if im in park the car lets me hit the gas and rev it
ok what is the best way to check the torque converter without removing it if their is a way at all
iv had no problems slipping overheating or anything tranny related that im aware of
i got her to drive a foot by flooring it but died directly after
