83 Ford F100 with 4.9L six and 3 spd manual on the column, 143,000 miles, runs OK, interior and body rough. What would be the average value today?

I should have said interior and body fair, because it passes PA inspection. Though I get your sarcasm, I need to have a value I can quote for PA inheritance tax since I received this from my father before his passing. I haven't been able to find any listings in any online books for something that old.
