How is the fuel pump? Is it showing good steady pressure?
Yes the pump is good, I just put in a new one. And that didn't fix the problem.
I'm in the same boat...runs for a few seconds & stops...Fuel system has been completely restored.I just replaced the positive battery cable which restored power to my lights & blinkers etc, I'm at a loss.
Hi, I had the same issues and it was getting worst. My mechanic looked and checked everything on ignition / Electrical parts and to fix it: - All Ground in your tuck have to be solid - Catalytic Convector needed to be changed -A-

Check the connection and wiring to the coolant sensor in the top radiator tank. The wire had broken (all but a few strands) on my Spider 2000 and it ran fine upon start-up but would die when warm. The computer did not receive a signal that the engine was warm and was making the fuel mixture too rich for a warm engine.
But the radiator fan turns on. On mine. Is there a possiblity the computer might be out
Did you ever figure out what the problem is I am having same problem . I have tried almost everything
Had a simular problem on my 78. When it dies does all of the gauges die. Mine did and after months of chasing the problem, I replaced the ignition switch. Solved the problem

My gauges all turn off at the same time , its like the power is killed immediately.
