Buy a fluid pump at a car parts store. Suctions guns can pull fluid out.

If you remove the plug on the bottom of the transmission pan the fluid will drain out. You can purchase a fitting at an auto parts store which will attach to the bottom of the pan. You can connect a pump to it and fill the transmission. When new fluid begins to leak out, let it drip until it stops. The transmission is full. Remove the fitting and replace the plug.
