Porque no prende mi carro.el tefht no se apaga

Tengo una ford explored 2002 y no me arranca.le
prende el tleft y no hace nada por arrancar.ya le
cambie el motor de arranque, pero sigue igual.
Le paso de pronto.pare a hechar gasolina y cuando
fui a prenderlo no prendio mas en carro.no siquiera
hace por arrancar

Hola tengo una ford explorer 04 y no prende no ase nada enciende el tablero pero no hace más nada ya cheque los fucibles y relaid y todo esta bien, también los sensores de oxigeno y nada.Alguen me puede ayudar con este problema????
