You have two separate problems. The oil change light should have been reset when the oil change was done. It is a simple procedure and if you don't have the owner's manual or can't find it on the internet, take it back to the guy that did the work and tell him to do it. The other problem is typically a wheel sensor. Both the TC and ABS systems use the same sensors to detect wheel spin. One of your sensors has failed and requires replacement. They also may come on if you accellerate very fast and CAUSE the wheel spin.
