Your Caddy has three fuse boxes, two under the hood and one under the left rear passenger seat. Go to the fuse box in the back seat and check fuse labeled "convenience" for the power windows. Check the fuse labeled "radio/phone" for the radio. Somewhere there is a relay for the power windows so look around for that, maybe under the hood fuse box has that one.
