how go i calibrate my turn sicnal switch 91 broughm

turn signal won't reset off unless i over correct the turn on aright on a left it resets with almost no correction

Hasn't worked right since Midas tightened the steering column. They have tried to correct it twice and even replaced a part, with no success. I don't believe they know how to index it because every time they tried it had a different release point.
