How to make my stock 03 civic faster without engine noise.

I have a 2003 Honda Civic coupe ,
I'm looking to make it faster but
without that loud sound , but for
cheap. So far I've heard about
getting bosh fusion spark plugs ?
But what else can I do.

Making a vehicle faster and more powerful is not cheap. A cold air intake, free flowing exhaust (not a loud one) and a custom tune will make a few more horse power. Spark plugs will likely not help unless they are due for a change.

Buy a new and faster car, it not worth the time and money for an older as yours...
