what could cause my car not stay running ?

I am having the same problem with my 2007 Chrysler 300. First they said I needed a tune up. That didn't help so Chrysler said I had some bad gas and to pull and clean tank, flush and tune up. All that did not fix it. Mechanic tried a new fuel pump and throttle pump. When that didn't help he tried a used computer and had it programed and it still won't idle. My new plugs keep getting black. Any ideas???
