Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Turned ignition switch over and it only turned 3/4 of a turn and now will not release the
keys from the ignition. I have NO juice, no lights, no interior lights yet the battery is
charged. NOW I have a low buzz sound under the hood on the drivers side.

Check cables, at battery to be tite, then check them to starter,if all is good the starter may be bad causing the battery to draw down, meaning shorted, killing fire to all.

If the vehicle is a manual, there is a button on the bottom of the steering colum, press that and turn the key back toward you. That buzzing under the hood might be the fuse box replace that if need be.
