I have a 2005 Chrysler Sebring. The top goes up and down in a jerking like motion. Sometimes starting and stopping in the process. How can this be fixed?

Sounds like a hydraulic pump, fluid or piston problem. There are you tube videos that will explain the process. If you are a novice this is a messy project, I would check with a top shop for advice and an estimate.
