I have 2004 pt cruiser. I replace wires/spark plugs/inition coil and now I get a codes P0032/P0038. could they both be bad(O2 sensors) or do the PCM need to be replace.

You could trying cleaning the O2 Sensors first, check to make sure you have a good ground and yes both could be bad.
