Buy a multi-meter for ten bucks and trace out the problems. Putting every dollar you have into a problem car means no money for repairs.

They could all be separate issues , the multi meter will help a lot , see if power is getting to the turn signal bulbs in the back , same with the horn and blower , are they getting power ? Start on one end and work your way back , everything needs a ground too .Think of the money you'll save on an auto electric repair class , the inter net is full of information and it's free , (for the most part) education is free , certification costs money
