Radio Issues, what is going on?

Asked by GuruDYJCV Aug 13, 2017 at 08:02 PM about the 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having trouble with the radio on my Chrysler 03 ptcruiser. When listening
to FM radio, it randomly cuts in and out or stops completely until I wiggle the
steering wheel up and down or turn it hard to the right or left. It does not lose
power; the clock still shows and I am able to listen to AM and play a CD without
any problems.

I see this didn't really get an answer. I have the same problem. Gonna check the ignition wiring and actuator inside since it all seems to be tied together somehow. Let me know if you get a response. I'll let you know what i find as well.
