Why would a 2002 chrysler Concorde over flow bubble

If it's the radiator overflow, it could be that the thermostat is stuck closed and not allowing coolant to flow through. Also make sure the radiator fan kicks on like its supposed to

Possibly a bad head gasket or cracked cylinder head is letting combustion gasses into the cooling system. Get it checked out.
