Where is the switch for the A/C system to restart it on the chrysler sebring 02

I don't know of any restart switch, but are you sure that your system is not overcharged? It needs to be charged to about 40-45 PSI. If it is overcharged with too much pressure, the compressor will kick off when it senses that too much pressure is building. I will then cycle running for a few seconds, then kick off, then back on, over and over again, but it will not cool.

There are other problems as well that can cause this. If you have the Automatic Climate Control, a defective climate control head can lead to the A/C not working. If you are defining working as "blowing cold," you may also have a clogged valve in the system, or the compressor relay or pressure transducer may be faulty.
