how do i get the air bag light off on my sebring?

If your air bag light stays on and your horn does not work, your clock spring could be defective. This happens as cars get more mileage on them.

during the time when we had a lot of rain i hit a pot hole and then noticed the airbag light come on and now my horn doesn't work,also sometimes clicking my seat belt is hard does that have anything to do with it , i had the car for 3 yrs it's a 2 owner car with 60,000 miles. say it is the clock spring how much would that cost?
