Mileage on any engine varies enormously depending on many things; person driving vehicle, type of driving, number of start - stop cycles, type of oil used, how often oil is changed/maintenance and generally the conditions driven in. With all that being said I myself have a 2001 300 M with 226400 miles. It still runs great still getting 27 mpg and has no issues. I did follow maintenance schedule pretty close, not exact, but close. I would think you should get similar results based on my experience and others I know that have close to 300000 miile mark and still going. Hope that answers your question.

I asked the same question of a service manager at a very large Dodge dealership he said he had never seen a 3.5 die of internal engine parts problems just lack of Oil but almost the opposite with the 32 and 2.7. mine has 140 and it sees red line every once in awhile and it sounds really good.
